We shape opportunities. We do not run a deal-flow marketplace or chase third-hand introductions.

Nothing we work on is marketed. Engagement is by introduction, and disclosure is bounded by the conversation.
Selective geography.
We work where local alignment is real, where the regulatory pathway can survive institutional review, and where the asset class fits a credible institutional thesis.
